McCain Foods GmbH of Austria began selling retail products in 1996 and food service products in 1998. McCain sells retail ovenable products that include French fries and potato specialties and chicken wings called ‘Pickers’, which were introduced in 2003.

Potato products and finger foods consisting of Hot Appetizers and Chicken Hits are sold to the food service market.
