French fries are one of the world’s most loved foods, and it’s easy to understand why. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, French fries come in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit any taste. Best of all, they are full of goodness – they are made from wholesome potatoes, are nutrient rich and are not high in fat. Surprised?

Studying the Nutritional Value of French Fries

At McCain we knew that French fries offered nutritional value, but until recently we did not have the empirical research to support our assumptions.
